




Job Summary: The professional will assist in project monitoring, provide technical support to customers and systems, and collaborate on tutorial creation and product/service improvements, always aiming for the best customer experience. Collaboration in creating tutorials and continuously improving products/services. **About the Company** One of the leading hardware-as-a-subscription companies in the market, operating nationwide and distinguished by its premium service package. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Assist in monitoring the main causes of issues in projects and propose preventive solutions; * Act proactively to ensure the best customer experience with contracted services; * Handle customer complaints through the ticketing system; * Collaborate in creating tutorials (videos, manuals, etc.) for using the company’s new technological products and services; * Contribute to improving products and services offered to the market; * Understand and assess new customer needs within the portfolio, reporting such information to the Account Manager responsible for the lead; * Provide technical support throughout all company projects; * Send usage tutorials for the contracted solution to customers—either embedded in tablets or via email, link, etc.; * When agreed upon with the company, remain on-call by phone outside regular working hours and on weekends; * Conduct app testing before releasing them to customers; * Provide support for the following operating systems: Windows / MAC OS, Android / IOS; * Provide support for internally used software (e.g., Knox, JumpCloud, Kaspersky, Absolute, Zoho); * Perform memory and SSD upgrades/downgrades according to project requirements; * Assist in the monthly preventive maintenance of office computers and IT peripherals; * Assist in addressing internal users’ requests related to the office’s IT infrastructure; * Perform necessary configurations on newly acquired equipment and software, including Office 365 and antivirus; * Conduct training and obtain required certifications for performing assigned tasks, as directed by the company; * Collaborate in managing software development projects, adhering to the schedule and conducting tests for each delivery; * Jointly review and continuously monitor, together with the team, the definition of Mission and Vision; * Jointly define and monitor, together with the team, strategies to fulfill Mission and Vision; * Collaborate in decision-making regarding the establishment of overall objectives and goals. **What We’re Looking for in the Candidate** * Currently pursuing a Technical Education program in related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Information Security, computer science, and basic computer maintenance; * Familiarity with the 5S methodology. Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 6:15 PM.
