Senior Systems Analyst

Description

Job Summary: Logistics systems analyst to optimize processes, manage WMS, integrate systems, and provide support and training. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics process and WMS system optimization 2. Solution development and technical support for users 3. Experience with system integration and agile methodologies **Responsibilities:** Analyze and map logistics processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. * Perform maintenance and support for the WMS (Warehouse Management System) * Gather requirements from business areas and develop solutions aligned with objectives. * Perform configuration, testing, and validation of the WMS and other logistics systems. * Create technical and functional documentation regarding processes and systems. * Provide training and technical support to end users. * Manage incidents and issues related to WMS systems. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields * Experience providing system support * Knowledge of system integration methods (EDI, APIs). * Knowledge of agile methodologies Preferred Qualification: Prior experience working with WMS. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
