The professional will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing system solutions, and supporting the implementation and improvement of internal systems to enhance operational efficiency and event management. Responsibilities * Analyze business and operational requirements to develop effective system solutions * Design, document, and improve information systems and workflows * Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to implement system improvements * Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues * Ensure integration and compatibility among internal platforms * Prepare technical documentation and support system updates * Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies to support company operations Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field * 4\+ years of experience in systems analysis or related IT roles * Solid knowledge of system architecture, databases, and software development processes * Experience with system integration, problem diagnosis, and technical documentation * Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and enterprise systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Benefits * Competitive salary * Opportunity to work with technology applied to event management * Opportunities for professional development * A collaborative and dynamic work environment Compensation: R$14\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
