In this role, you will serve as a technical reference, helping to inspire and support more junior professionals, while designing, implementing, and validating software solutions that meet and exceed user and customer expectations. The candidate will be responsible for technically leading the development of technological solutions in innovation projects, applied research, and new product development—participating in architecture definition, technology selection, and promotion of sound software engineering practices. We expect someone capable of developing scalable applications, distributed systems, and intuitive interfaces—ensuring high performance, reliability, and quality of delivered solutions, always considering diverse contexts and technical requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement software solutions using modern frameworks. * Develop scalable, secure, robust applications focused on excellence. * Create and consume APIs and microservices. * Work with distributed architectures and cloud computing support. * Build rapid prototypes for concept and new feature validation. * Implement automated tests to ensure software robustness and quality. * Implement and maintain continuous integration pipelines. * Document software, APIs, architectures, technical decisions, and other artifacts. * Know and use diagrams to communicate ideas. * Collaborate with R&D teams and other company departments. * Participate in technical reviews and contribute to the system’s overall architecture. * Understand and apply the Agile Manifesto. * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automation of builds, tests, and deployments. * Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible. * Monitor application health and define performance metrics.
