Collaborative profile with interest in developing leadership Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Prior experience as an SAP functional or technical consultant, with solid understanding of business processes. * Desired experience in SAP project management or technical coordination in SAP/S/4HANA environments. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks (PMBOK). * Collaborative profile with interest in developing leadership and team management skills. * Familiarity with project management support tools such as MS Project, Monday.com, among others. * PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory. * Disciplined, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven profile. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills. * Availability for 100% on-site work and scheduled business travel. * Support planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP projects, ensuring integration among functional, technical, and business teams. * Act as a facilitator between consulting firms, key users\-and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, continuous alignment, and expectation management. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to the identification of improvement opportunities and process optimization. * Participate in scope, schedule, and budget definition, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and governance models. * Contribute to structuring and evolving governance processes, supporting the PMO and leadership in standardizing and implementing methodologies. * Assist in risk management, development of mitigation plans, and decision-making support. * Promote collaboration among teams, encouraging agile and adaptive practices within SAP implementation and/or support contexts. 2512250202491935113
