Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Senior HR Analyst, you will work in the Operational Excellence Management team, and your main responsibilities will include: * Leading and coordinating meetings and working groups * Mapping processes and proposing improvements based on agile methodologies and Lean Six Sigma. * Preparing reports and dashboards for indicator monitoring. * Supporting content management and process curation. * Participating in the implementation of change and system integration projects. * Ensuring delivery control and supporting knowledge internalization. * Implementing Governance and Operations Indicator Management initiatives **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree.
