In this role, you will: We are building a new **Sellers Quality Management front at Itaú Shop**, responsible for monitoring and improving the logistics experience delivered by marketplace partners, ensuring customers’ journeys align with Itaú’s excellence standards. We seek someone passionate about data, e-commerce, logistics, and customer experience—who can connect information, identify opportunities, and translate analyses into concrete actions to evolve operations.
