Reports to the GP Coordinator, performing various administrative tasks for the company, including maintenance and updating of records and controls, hiring, preparation of payroll processing, statutory charges, vacation, and dismissals, as well as controlling, scheduling, and organizing documents for labor hearings. * Carry out dismissal procedures according to company standards, such as preparing documentation, canceling entries in the Employment Record Book (CTPS), requesting severance calculations, canceling benefits, scheduling and guiding employees through medical dismissal examinations, conducting exit interviews, and related activities. * Control and process employee vacations, observing the expiration of acquisition periods according to legislation, and providing guidance to employees regarding payment details and departure/return dates. * Support departments and employees by advising them on labor and social security legislation, benefits, payroll, registration updates and CTPS, union clauses, company product purchases, collective bargaining agreements, internal policies, etc. * Perform recruitment and selection activities, such as aligning on job requirements, screening candidates, conducting behavioral mapping, and interviews. * Prepare payroll processing, perform manual entries for attendance allowances, leaves, functional changes, internal purchases, alimony payments, among others. * Provide feedback and mapping to build and/or revise individual development plans. * Implement learning pathways and related processes, such as preparing training sessions and promoting them. * Conduct onboarding with the team, introducing the company, its history, rights, responsibilities, code of conduct, introductions to other employees, and presentations of tools and work routines. * Perform other duties related to the position, as determined by the supervisor.
