Crown was founded with the goal of valuing and promoting sustainability and this vision continues to be essential to our long\-term future. **Job Description:** * Support Corporate in monitoring controlling activities; * Consolidate and analyze costs and operational behavior across the entire industrial operation; * Analyze variances between budgeted vs. actual (costs and expenses) and provide support to plant controlling teams; * Cost closing routines; * Preparation/dissemination of operational manuals (KPIs); * Physical inventory of stock and fixed assets; * Identification of standard deviations; * Presentations on costs and inventory, and participation in meetings with Executive Management and Management; * Support internal and external audits and review standards and procedures; * Process automation and intelligence; * Market analysis and business impact assessment; * Cost accounting routines; * Identification of process improvements and cost reductions; **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ We seek a proactive candidate with strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with various departments across the company.
