Administrative and operational routine support **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform accurate and secure collection of biological materials, providing comprehensive customer service from registration to delivery of required information, as well as conducting sample triage, preparation, and administrative and operational support for the unit. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Good communication and courtesy with internal teams and suppliers Ability to solve problems under pressure. Ability to work under pressure and handle high customer volume Clear communication and empathy in customer service. Basic knowledge of the most frequently requested tests. Technical knowledge in clinical laboratory analysis. Technical knowledge of collection procedures Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS). Ethics, confidentiality, and professional conduct Basic computer skills Organization, attention to detail, and care for documents and sensitive data. Patience, empathy, and a collaborative attitude. Experience in customer service.
