OPPORTUNITY FOR REQUIREMENTS ANALYST – BRASÍLIA/DF Infinity Consultoria & Gestão is seeking a Requirements Analyst with solid experience in requirements elicitation, management, and compliance, to work onsite in Brasília/DF, participating in strategic and multidisciplinary projects. Work location: Taquari – Lago Norte/DF Onsite work mode | 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CLT remuneration: BRL 12.508,51 + Transportation Voucher (VT) + Meal Voucher (VR) (BRL 1.700,00) + Food Allowance (VA) (BRL 777,00) + Health and Dental Insurance (benefits with no payroll deduction) PROFILE WE SEEK: We seek an analytical, organized professional with strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management, directly involved in system development and high-complexity corporate environment projects. IMPORTANT: The position requires proven experience in this role and proficiency in specific tools and methodologies of the field. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree completed in Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields * Minimum 7 years’ proven experience as a Requirements Analyst * Experience with: * Requirements elicitation and management * Testing and compliance * Version control * Functional and technical documentation * Proficiency in the requirements management tool Enterprise Architect (EA) * Hands-on experience with requirements analysis and modeling tools * Intermediate English (reading and writing) * Strong communication skills for conducting interviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: * CPRE certification will be considered a competitive advantage KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform requirements elicitation with involved areas and stakeholders * Conduct interviews, meetings, workshops, and technical assessments * Identify conflicts, gaps, redundancies, and inconsistencies in requirements * Prepare functional and technical documentation: * Use cases * User stories * Technical specifications * Acceptance and compliance criteria * Manage requirements, versions, and history using Enterprise Architect (EA) * Participate in system development projects from conception through implementation and maintenance * Support testing, validation, and compliance processes * Provide technical support for bidding processes and strategic projects Compensation: starting at BRL 12.508,51 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Daycare allowance * Education allowance * Internet allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Food voucher * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher * Company vehicle Workplace: Onsite
