This position is **onsite** at our **São Bernardo do Campo** unit.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Participate in the entire development lifecycle of Radio Frequency electronic systems for Electronic Warfare (EW), from conception through final customer acceptance.
* Support manufacturing, installation, and acceptance of electronic warfare products under active contracts.
* Support technical specification for new product development.
* Collaborate with the technical team to perform factory validation and acceptance testing.
* Accompany the technical team during field activities for customer product acceptance.
* Collaborate with the technical team to implement identified product improvements.
* Maintain up-to-date project documentation (functional and non-functional) in accordance with company standards.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (with emphasis on Telecommunications, Electronics, or Microwaves) or related fields.
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Experience in RF system projects, architecture, testing, and integration.
* Proficiency in laboratory tools (vector and scalar network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, noise figure meters, CW and pulsed RF signal power meters, modulation analyzers, oscilloscopes).
* Familiarity with electrical schematic design software.
* Knowledge of digital and analog hardware and antennas.
* Willingness to engage in both technical tasks and documentation, as well as adherence to processes.
* Familiarity with electrical circuit simulation tools (Pspice, ADS, CST).
* Basic knowledge of programming, MATLAB, C/C\+\+, VHDL, and Python.
* Availability for travel and field missions.
