Contributes to production continuity and excellence Indaiatuba Brazil Operations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, and Utilities **Job Description \- External Recruitment** **Mission:** Support production operations by ensuring raw material supply, workplace organization, and execution of production process steps with quality, safety, and efficiency, contributing to production continuity and excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness, complying with safety and quality standards; * Perform cutting and raw material feeding into the mixer according to operational procedures; * Operate the finished product bagging process, ensuring proper packaging; * Sort and verify raw materials, ensuring compliance with established standards; * Support packaging sealing activities, ensuring final product integrity; * Conduct inventory counts, contributing to inventory control and accuracy; * Follow operational procedures after training, adhering to safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices. **Requirements:** * High school diploma completed *Technical Competencies/Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience in industrial environments (factories); * Experience operating sealing machines (preferred); * Knowledge of inventory counting and control; * Experience operating manual pallet jacks. **\#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are pillars of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering exceptional performance.
