**VG Consultoria is hiring for a partner company: Accounting Analyst (Intermediate/Advanced Level)** Supermercado Carnaúba is seeking an Accounting Analyst with strong technical skills and a sense of responsibility, capable of independently managing accounting routines and ensuring the reliability of the company's financial information. This is not merely an operational position — we seek someone who understands the impact of accounting on business operations and acts with precision, analysis, and consistency. Key Responsibilities * Execute and validate accounting entries with a high degree of accuracy. * Perform complete accounting reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, and income statement). * Directly participate in the monthly accounting close process, ensuring deadlines are met and information quality is maintained. * Prepare and review accounting statements (trial balance, income statement, etc.). * Analyze account variances and identify inconsistencies or adjustment opportunities. * Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations. * Support audit processes and provide technical assistance when required. * Organize and structure accounting routines, contributing to process improvement. What We Expect From You **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences. **Experience** * Solid experience in the accounting field. * Proven experience with monthly accounting close. * Experience with reconciliations and account analysis. * Ability to work autonomously and exercise critical judgment. **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in accounting routines and financial statements. * Knowledge of accounting standards. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * ERP system experience. **Advantages** * Retail industry experience. * Experience handling high volumes of entries and transactions.
