Enhancement of Virtual Models and Innovative Solutions **About the Team:** The Electronic Equipment Development team is responsible for designing printed circuit boards and electronic modules for the Radar Unit at Embraer Campinas. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Participating in Product Development by designing, analyzing, and enhancing virtual models for subsequent application in electrical, thermal, and mechanical simulations using specialized software; * Developing mechanical shielding for printed circuit boards to ensure thermal efficiency and EMI/EMC compliance. * Developing products by creating 3D models and preparing detailed technical drawings; * Researching and proposing solutions to improve simulations and enhance the product; * Preparing simulation reports, analysis reports, test plans, and test results; * Performing and overseeing prototype testing in laboratories (MIL\-STD, DO160G) and accelerated life testing (HALT); * Participating in the development of new products and electronic board shielding; * Coordinating prototype manufacturing and test execution; * Becoming familiar with processes and technologies relevant to your area of expertise; * Supporting product cost analyses used in strategic planning; * Participating in 'Design Reviews' and Refaps. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To meet this challenge, you must have:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * Active CREA registration; * Intermediate English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking; * Proficiency in 3D modeling and technical drawing detailing; * Knowledge of sheet metal parts, machined components, fasteners, and assembly design; * Practical experience in mechanical simulations (vibration, static, fatigue) and thermal simulations; * Knowledge of validation testing (vibration, temperature, etc.); * Knowledge of electronic hardware to support shielding design; Note: It is essential that your experience with the above requirements be clearly detailed in your candidate profile. **You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** * Knowledge of component and system modeling, and construction of numerical models for simulations; * Experience in mechanical design of electronic hardware; * Knowledge of HALT and EMI/EMC testing; * Proficiency in Mechanical Design Software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA). **Additional Information** On-site work model in Campinas. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vaccination Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Gympass * Multi-Benefit Card (for Hybrid or 100% Remote work models) * On-site Cafeteria * Home Office Allowance (for Hybrid or 100% Remote work models) * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (Internal Training and Development Platform) Need support with the Gupy platform?
