Description
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Serve as a fundamental bridge between raw data and strategic intelligence, transforming information into value for patients and the organization. Your analytical, technical, and communication skills are essential to drive more informed and effective decision-making.
* Promote quality management by fostering a culture of quality improvement through training, and by mapping clinical and administrative processes.
* Develop charts and dashboards for process and outcome indicators.
* Support departments in process management according to a previously defined methodology, ensuring quality, efficiency, and effectiveness aligned with organizational strategy.
* Assist in disseminating and support departments in applying the Improvement Science methodology, instructing teams and monitoring project outcomes.
* Support departments in maintaining document management, tracking non-conformance reports, monitoring indicators, conducting critical analyses, and implementing action plans to sustain quality and safety standards.
* Provide secure and accurate information through report development, aiming to support area management in decision-making and operational efficiency.
* Identify potential issues early that may impact people, the organization, or the environment.
* Map structural/administrative risks to ensure safety;
* Participate in or develop preventive and corrective actions to prevent, detect, and reduce consequences or probability of incidents;
* Evaluate the effectiveness of notifications or procedural corrections implemented, whether related to non-conformances, indicators, or certification findings.
* Ensure and train staff on understanding risks and on patient safety and quality culture;
* Monitor and track clinical/administrative process, outcome, and strategic indicators for the institution;
* Review and analyze existing procedures across all institutional areas, aiming to standardize and formalize them into written procedures for use at all organizational levels;
* Provide support regarding programming and execution based on current institutional accreditation recommendations and legislation;
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Conduct process mapping using Lean Six Sigma methodology
* Use Minitab and/or QI Macros
* Develop flowcharts in specific systems
* BI knowledge
* Excel and data management
* Knowledge of continuous improvement science
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn; R; SQL).
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
* Solid knowledge of statistics and data analysis methods.
* Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
* Ability to communicate analysis results clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
* Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and methodological rigor.
* Experience in ETL and automation (Glue Studio/ Knime/ Integration Services/ Power Automate/ Power Apps)
* Knowledge of data governance and data quality
* Experience in data manipulation, extracting information from files (e.g., CSV, Excel, XML)
* Advanced knowledge of Relational and Multidimensional Data Modeling
**REQUIREMENTS:**
Bachelor’s degree completed in health sciences, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Complementary courses:** Improvement Science, Lean Six Sigma, and Design Thinking
Proven experience in data analysis.

**SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
