Then apply now and don’t waste any time! **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Procurement Specialist, you will focus on:** * Leading strategic negotiations with suppliers to ensure optimal commercial terms, delivery timelines, and warranties—especially within the technology segment (software, licensing, and systems); * Developing sourcing strategies, benchmarking, and market analysis; * Structuring and managing contracts with strategic suppliers; * Providing technical support to analysts and assistants during complex or high-financial-impact negotiations and processes; * Conducting cost and savings analyses, proposing alternatives to optimize expenses; * Participating in supplier qualification and evaluation processes; * Collaborating with requesting departments to understand the technical requirements of procurement needs; * Monitoring procurement performance indicators; * Proposing improvements to procurement processes, policies, and systems; * Serving as the technical reference for developing procedures, training, and best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **What We Expect From You** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields (postgraduate studies are a plus); * Proven experience in strategic procurement; * Experience in complex negotiations, contract management, and supplier development; * Knowledge of sourcing processes, market analysis, and performance indicators; * Experience with ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, or similar); * Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar); * Knowledge of compliance and legal aspects related to contracts and suppliers; * Analytical mindset, strategic vision, and strong negotiation skills; * Organized, prioritization-oriented, autonomous, and results-focused; * Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to work cross-functionally. **Additional Information** * **Work Location:** Alphaville/SP * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. * **Employment Type:** CLT / On-site **What We Offer:** Meal allowance Food allowance Transportation allowance or mobility assistance Health insurance Life insurance Dental plan Profit-sharing program (PLR) Birthday day off Total Pass **We are Arklok — the real OUTSOURCING.** **One of Brazil’s largest Full IT Outsourcing companies.** **Laptops \| Desktops \| Monitors \| Mobile Devices** With over **15 years of experience**, we provide comprehensive technology solutions and IT equipment leasing services.
