Our current core values are: * Respect for people * Fair pricing * Assured quality * Ethics and integrity in all actions * Health and well-being If you believe in our purpose, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Negotiate in accordance with current policies and procedures, ensuring prices and commercial terms aligned with the department’s strategy; * Identify and implement strategic partnerships by establishing commercial agreements to be included in the information system (price list); * Monitor supplier registration and qualification processes, continuously tracking performance and updating required documents, such as Serasa reports, ISO9001 certification, balance sheets, among others; * Analyze raw material, equipment/disposable, and productive service purchase requests received from the PCP department, in accordance with product qualification, issuing quotations, conducting negotiations, placing purchase orders, and monitoring order approvals prior to submission to suppliers; * Identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities in procurement and supply chain processes through data analysis; * Lead supply chain improvement projects focused on results; * Analyze requests for consumables, non-productive goods and services, issuing quotations, evaluating proposals/budgets, negotiating, placing purchase orders, and monitoring order approvals prior to submission to suppliers; * Review purchase order formalizations and support internal customers in direct purchasing; * Monitor delivery follow-up for delayed items using auxiliary spreadsheets and the ERP system, as well as managing delivery anticipations and postponements; * Notify suppliers via standard form regarding late deliveries; * Schedule and justify payment anticipations with the finance department; * Analyze issues related to discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders; Support the development of Supply Chain dashboards and KPIs. * **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Education**: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, Management Processes, or related fields. **Preferred Education:** Pursuing a postgraduate degree in Business and Financial Management and/or Supply Chain Management.
