Job Summary: Work in Manufacturing Engineering to develop and test airborne electronics, radars, and defense systems, prospecting new technologies and managing production risks. Key Highlights: 1. Integration and collaboration with Integrated Product Development (IPD) teams **About the Area:** * Manufacturing Engineering focused on the development, prototyping, manufacturing, and testing of airborne electronics, radars, and integrated defense systems. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Prospecting and developing new technologies and opportunities within electronic project and manufacturing contexts; * Identifying and managing risks related to the manufacturing of products or prototypes under development; * Developing dedicated processes for prototypes and series production; * Modeling and developing setups for electronic hardware testing and assembly; * Preparing production routings; * Specifying, reviewing, and approving test requirements for printed circuit boards, electronic modules, and complex integrations; * Specifying machines and equipment for production processes; * Developing, qualifying, and supporting supplier development; * Conducting critical analysis and integration with the IPD (Integrated Product Development) team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To meet this challenge, you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Control and Automation Engineering; * Active CREA registration; * Advanced English proficiency; * Experience in Project Management; * Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools; * Experience preparing technical reports and dashboards; * Experience with DfT (Design for Testability) and DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly); * Experience with Product Structure concepts; * Experience in Product Development and Process Development; * Knowledge of KPI usage and corrective action definition; * Knowledge of electronic industry standards and specifications (IPC); **You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** * Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) **Additional Information** On-site work model in **Campinas/SP.** **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Plan * Dental Plan * Vaccine Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Gympass * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Home Office Allowance (for hybrid or 100% remote work models) * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) Need support with the Gupy platform?
