Under supervision and with continuous support, you will be responsible for prescribing and monitoring workout plans, motivating and correcting exercise execution, and ensuring each student feels confident and progresses along their journey—fully integrating into our teaching staff and holistic care culture. **Key Expected Outcomes** * **Direct Impact on the Student’s Journey:** Ensure students under your guidance receive clear, motivating, and tailored instructions, resulting in active engagement, correct exercise execution, and visible, consistent progress toward their health and well-being goals. * **Prescription and Adaptation of Effective Workouts:** Develop and implement, under supervision, individualized and safe training plans, demonstrating the ability to adjust routines according to each student’s progression and specific needs—maximizing their results and satisfaction. * **Promotion of an Inspiring Training Environment:** Actively contribute to creating a positive, safe, and energizing training atmosphere, encouraging participation, discipline, and mutual respect—reflecting JOY’s energy and values. * **Continuous Professional Development:** Maximize learning and supervisory opportunities, pursuing constant improvement in technical and pedagogical knowledge, and integrating as an active and valued member of the educator team. * **Maintenance of Operational Excellence:** Ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper condition of equipment and training space, guaranteeing a high-quality environment supporting the premium experience JOY offers its students. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Physical Education; * Genuine passion for transforming lives through movement, with a strong desire to work as an educator. **Desirable Differentiators** * Prior experience in gym environments or group instruction; * Additional courses or certifications in the field; * Basic knowledge of first aid; * Basic English to interact with international students. **Salary and Benefits** * Internship stipend: R$ 1,200.00 (including R$ 200.00 transportation voucher) * Complimentary gym membership **Work Schedule** * Morning shift: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM * Afternoon/Evening shift: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM **Work Location** Centro \- Florianópolis/SC Payment: R$1,200.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation voucher Work location: In-person
