Disseminate knowledge and optimize implementations Job Description ### **Join South System and take off!** We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to board our spaceship and, together, propel people and businesses through innovation. #### **Senior Fullstack Developer** #### **Location: Remote** **Responsibilities:** * Act as a technical reference for development teams and enabling areas; * Participate in supplier meetings, validating the technical feasibility of solutions; * Create and maintain technical documentation explaining standards and technologies used within the company, both for development teams and enabling areas; * Help connect enabling areas and development tribes, focusing on ensuring technical deliveries supporting the corporate roadmap; * Create technical architecture designs; * Define technologies to be used and evaluate new tools; * Define domain models; * Present architecture definitions and lead the technical team in implementation decisions; * Follow best practices using architectural standards; * Guide teams to follow best practices regarding scalability, elasticity, and security; * Orchestrate end-to-end responsibilities and implementation across involved teams; * Disseminate knowledge through workshops, study groups, etc.; * Review implementations to identify potential technical debt; * Participate in solution and business architecture definitions alongside other business architects, product owners, etc.; * Support teams in troubleshooting and resolving production issues **Mandatory Requirements:** * Advanced knowledge of Java and JavaScript programming languages; * Knowledge of BPM tools; * Advanced knowledge of the Spring framework; * Experience developing distributed systems; * Experience developing microservices; * Knowledge of REST APIs; * Knowledge of batch system development (Spring Batch, Spring Dataflow); * Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL); * Knowledge of non-relational databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis); * Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI); * Knowledge of code versioning using Git; * Experience using cloud services (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP); * Knowledge of observability tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK); * Experience developing systems using messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ); * Prior experience in Financial Institutions is desirable. * Linux * Shell * Tomcat * Solid knowledge of Fico Blaze * How the repository works * Integrations with other systems * Migration * Differences between algorithms interpreting ADB * How to test and debug rules in RMA * Solid knowledge of Fico DMPS * Knowledge of architecture and its components * Awareness of platform limitations * Job version migration * Identify and implement performance improvements for specific Jobs. **Desirable Requirements:** * Participation in large-scale projects involving system integration. * Experience in agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban. * Contributions toward improving development processes and DevOps practices. **Benefits that make a difference:** * Courses and certifications on **Udemy**, selected by the Business Partner team with curation and guidance. * **Remote work allowance** to make your daily routine more comfortable. * **Financial education** to support your economic well-being. * **Flash Card.** Interested in this opportunity?
