Description
**Main Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and monitor the pedagogical development of the unit;
* Conduct trainings, follow-ups, and feedback sessions with teachers and academic staff;
* Ensure class quality, teaching methodologies, and student experience;
* Support re-enrollment processes, student retention, and relationship management with students and their guardians;
* Participate in pedagogical meetings, planning sessions, and institutional initiatives;
* Collaborate closely with the commercial department to align communication, pedagogical proposals, and school objectives;
* Assist with inquiries, institutional presentations, and onboarding support for new students as needed;
* Monitor pedagogical indicators and propose strategies for continuous improvement.
**Requirements**
* Advanced or fluent English proficiency;
* Experience in pedagogy, coordination, or language teaching;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Leadership profile, organizational ability, and strong team management skills;
* Knowledge of student service, retention, and relationship management techniques;
* Ability to train, guide, and motivate teachers;
* Proactivity, responsibility, and strategic vision.
