Job Summary: A technical support and IT infrastructure professional to ensure the full functionality of systems and equipment, with emphasis on maintenance and configuration. Key Highlights: 1. Providing technical support and IT infrastructure services 2. Focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment 3. Installing and configuring systems and equipment We are seeking a professional to provide technical support and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring the full functionality of the Institution's systems and equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assess, assign, and guide technical support assistants according to demand; * Perform repairs on IT infrastructure to prevent and correct failures; * Install and configure monitoring systems (CCTV, access control) and telephony; * Supervise and guide third-party services in the IT infrastructure area; * Deploy physical IT infrastructure and equipment across departments; * Request materials for maintenance and acquisition of new equipment; * Control and maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment; * Train and guide users on the proper use of technological resources; * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment and infrastructure; * Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees; * Register and close service orders in the system; * Install and configure IT equipment. **Desired Profile:** * Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and technical support; * Experience with CCTV, access control, and telephony; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong interpersonal communication; * Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and solve problems. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Systems Analysis is mandatory * Prior experience as a Technical Support Analyst Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Study Incentive Program (Scholarships and/or discounts at educational institutions) * Payroll-deductible loan * On-site meals * Commuter allowance * Total Pass * Partnership with Sesc and Thermas do Vale * Recognition Program * Co-payment dental plan * Meal allowance
