**Job Description:**

Responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising Information Technology (IT) department activities, evaluating feasibility, analyzing costs, and proposing improvement projects to ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of the company’s technological resources. Responsibilities: Manage the entire IT department regarding the availability and utilization of hardware, software, and telephony resources across the company’s five locations; Administer the development, implementation, and maintenance of information systems, as well as user training and support, data network administration, database maintenance, management of internet-related services processes, and information security policies; Lead system development, network infrastructure, and technical support teams, promoting alignment and operational efficiency; Administer the IT service order management system, covering development, maintenance, and support; Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to rationalize and/or automate work processes and routines across various departments; Ensure dissemination and application of the standard for using Information Technology resources through user guidance and training; Define goals, plan, and monitor execution of departmental projects, ensuring necessary resources are available to achieve expected outcomes; Prepare managerial reports and track IT department performance indicators to support decision-making and continuous process improvement.

Additionally:
Experience in IT management roles;
Completed undergraduate degree, with specialization in Information Technology or related fields;
Courses and certifications in IT technical areas and/or IT Management;
Knowledge of programming languages, IT infrastructure, and IT processes;
Experience managing teams, projects, and technical support.
