Job Summary: Professional to optimize tax and finance processes, identify improvements, and ensure support for Oracle Cloud ERP systems. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on integration restructuring and resolution of complex issues **WORK MODE** * Work closely with business areas—especially tax—to understand processes, identify gaps, and propose structured improvements. * Map inconsistencies and operational issues, organizing the demand backlog. * Support prioritization jointly with the client and technical team. * Monitor corrections, enhancements, and deliveries. * Participate in restructuring integrations and financial workflows. * Provide user support and resolve complex issues related to financial processes, ensuring operational continuity and rapid resolution of incidents impacting the business. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** * Advanced experience in Oracle Cloud ERP, with focus on financial and tax modules * Practical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for system integration and process automation * Solid knowledge of financial and tax processes, with ability to map and optimize operational workflows * Advanced experience in GAP analysis to identify and propose improvements in Oracle systems * Advanced knowledge of backlog management and demand prioritization in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) * Advanced capability to gather requirements from business areas and translate them into technical specifications * Hands-on experience providing user support and resolving complex issues in Oracle Cloud ERP environments * Advanced knowledge of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for creating and optimizing financial reports * Familiarity with Oracle E\-Business Suite (EBS) for comparative understanding and process migration * Experience with PaaS platforms to support and extend Oracle Cloud functionality * Advanced communication and alignment skills with both technical and business stakeholders * Proven experience in restructuring secure integrations and complex financial workflows in Oracle Cloud environments Compensation: R$15\.000,00 \- R$18\.000,00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in São Paulo, SP
