




Job Summary: We are seeking an intern to work in the Human Resources Department and support the Recruitment & Selection team, gaining exposure to HR administrative processes and participating in talent attraction and employee onboarding. Key Highlights: 1. Support recruitment and selection processes, from resume screening to interviews. 2. Assist in document management, employee registration, and benefits administration. 3. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to learn HR administrative processes and actively participate in stages of attracting and onboarding new employees. **Prerequisites** Currently enrolled in Psychology or Human Resources programs. Strong communication skills and interpersonal ease. Interest in HR and selection processes. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. **Main Tasks and Responsibilities** Support recruitment and selection processes (e.g., resume screening, interview scheduling, etc.). Assist in document control and employee registration. Support benefits administration, time tracking, and payroll reconciliation. Provide support for training, onboarding, and internal initiatives. Organize spreadsheets, files, and departmental reports. **Technical Competencies** Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
