Communicate with teams to align information and avoid rework Perform and control weighing of incoming or outgoing waste, using an electronic scale and an information system, while paying attention to applicable documentation and the movement of transport vehicles, in order to record data and measurements for billing purposes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive waste and materials arriving at the facility, verify documentation, and register information in the system to ensure each entry is accurately recorded and complies with required standards. * Operate the truck scale to weigh trucks upon entry and exit, maintaining real-time control over what circulates through the yard and supporting other operational processes. * Verify manifests, invoices, and authorizations presented by transporters, checking whether the data matches the cargo, to prevent incorrect releases and maintain regulatory compliance. * Record weighing data and other cargo-related information, generating receipts and updating the system, so the company maintains a reliable and up-to-date history of every operation. * Prepare manifests and movement documents related to waste and leachate to formalize these operations and meet environmental requirements. * Monitor truck flow at facility entry and exit points, guiding drivers and controlling vehicle movement to maintain yard organization and prevent unsafe situations. * Communicate with production, operations, commercial, unloading teams, and transport companies whenever questions arise regarding cargo or documentation, to align information and avoid rework. * Consult the system when necessary to trace a cargo or verify an operation, resolving discrepancies and locating materials that have already passed through the facility. * Organize physical and digital files, separating manifests, invoices, and other documents, to ensure traceability and facilitate internal audits or queries. * Generate reports based on system data, reviewing information before submission, to meet the facility’s operational and environmental control needs. * Record non-standard incidents and inform supervisors, enabling corrective actions and preventing recurrence. * Open and close the scale daily following established procedures and inspecting for anomalies, to ensure proper equipment functionality throughout the workday. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma. * **Technical Competencies:** * Proficiency in computer use at the user level. **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Gym Allowance * Pharmacy Allowance * Christmas Basket * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Must reside in Tremembé, Taubaté, or Pindamonhangaba #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
