Job Summary: Supervises conventional and technical cleaning teams, develops action plans, ensures maintenance, and monitors KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Team management in facilities area 2. Monitoring KPIs for operational efficiency **Requirements:** Must reside in Caçapava-SP or nearby areas; Experience in team management within the facilities area; Knowledge of operational routines; Availability to work flexible hours or on weekends; Proficiency with computers/Microsoft Office. **Technical cleaning knowledge and paint booth experience are preferred.** **Description:** Will supervise teams performing conventional and technical cleaning tasks; Develop action plans and activity schedules; Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and machinery; Manage inventory control; Conduct periodic performance feedbacks; Handle hiring/termination processes and related documentation; Provide instructions to staff; Monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) to assess operational efficiency; Prepare managerial reports on productivity, costs, quality, and customer satisfaction.
