Job Summary: The Operational Manager at Grupo VPL oversees an operational unit, responsible for vehicle intake, storage, and dispatch processes, as well as team management and performance analysis to ensure operational efficiency. Technical and administrative activity planning and control The Operational Manager at Grupo VPL manages an operational unit (vehicle yard), overseeing vehicle intake, storage, and dispatch processes. This role also includes team management, performance indicator monitoring, and unit results analysis to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with established standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, organize, direct, and control the execution of technical and administrative activities of the Operational Unit, acting as the Company’s representative and legal agent when required; * Organize and control vehicles and other assets stored at the unit’s facilities, ensuring proper preservation and traceability; * Manage vehicle search and seizure, transportation, receipt, inspection, and delivery processes, as well as auction execution, ensuring service quality, compliance, and efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree (Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Business Management, or related fields); * Proven experience in people and process management; * Intermediate/advanced computer skills; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Residency in the unit’s city or nearby locations; * Logistics knowledge; * Flexible working hours and willingness to travel. **Additional Information** * Salary; * Relocation allowance; * Meal/Voucher allowance: R$ 730.00 per month; * Health insurance plan; * Transportation voucher; * Birthday day off; * Health and wellness program (SESC). * Working hours: Mon–Thu 08:00–18:00 | Fri 08:00–17:00 For 28 years, we have been transforming the auction market, connecting individuals and companies to great opportunities with security and excellence.
