We are looking for a NOC/SOC Analyst to join our Operations team. This professional will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and supporting services and infrastructure to ensure business continuity. The position targets a proactive individual eager to learn and develop skills in networking, security, and technical support. **WORK AREAS** Responsible for monitoring the performance of servers, network devices, links, and systems; Register network devices, servers, and services in the monitoring system; Log failure incidents and track incident resolution; Open service tickets with third parties (link providers, third-party systems); Perform basic connectivity tests and, if necessary, escalate to the on-call technician; Meet SLAs for response, escalation, and unavailability notifications; Complete shift handover documentation at the end of the shift; Assist in updating the client’s infrastructure documentation; Perform basic configuration tasks for network devices according to company documentation; Provide first-level infrastructure support **REQUIREMENTS** Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, and remote access; Previous experience in customer service, technical support, and system monitoring roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills; Experience as a Monitoring Analyst or in similar roles. ? Work model: **Hybrid** in Porto Alegre/RS * **12x36 – Day Shift**
