We are looking for a Mid-Level Data Developer to join a strategic project in the financial sector, handling large volumes of data and real-world scalability challenges. You will be part of a highly collaborative environment, working on the construction and evolution of robust, reliable data pipelines aligned with business needs—supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring information quality. **Responsibilities** Ensure data is collected, processed, transformed, stored, and made available according to business requirements. Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines, operating in Big Data environments. Work with large volumes of data, ensuring quality, integrity, governance, and performance. Prepare, transform, and optimize data for analytical consumption, identifying and correcting processing failures. Model new databases and develop ETL/ELT processes in response to new business demands. Add value to data through structuring, organizing, and optimizing it, facilitating usage by analysts and consuming business areas. Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions. **Requirements for this challenge** Practical experience building and operating data pipelines in scalable environments, preferably using Azure Databricks. Experience applying CI/CD to data, using tools such as Databricks Workflows. Solid SQL experience, including Databricks SQL Analytics. Knowledge of Databricks Delta Lake for large-scale data storage and processing. Experience monitoring pipeline performance using Azure Monitor and/or Databricks Monitoring. Proficiency in Python for data processing and transformation.
