




Job Summary: This role provides operational support within a market-leading company, managing systemic processes and contacting internal and external customers. Key Highlights: 1. Interaction with internal customers and occasionally external customers A market leader, it is the largest specialist in IT equipment outsourcing, with over 2\.200 employees across its 16 branches, managing more than 600,000 devices for over 2\.400 active clients nationwide. **Main Responsibilities:** Operational support, evaluating portfolio of pending orders and tasks, order handling, verifying status and identifying the relevant department to forward the order, systemic processes with suppliers, contact with internal customers and occasionally external customers. **Location:** Chác.
