Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise operational, technical, and managerial aspects of the area, ensuring full utilization of labor and installed capacity to meet maintenance demands arising from production areas and support departments; * Distribute and control maintenance service orders according to production area needs, managing priorities and urgency, negotiating response deadlines with departments, and ensuring compliance with technical standards for safe execution of services; * Supervise third-party service providers during maintenance activities, guaranteeing adherence to safety regulations and working conditions; * Review and approve Preliminary Risk Analysis Forms based on NR10 before performing electrical maintenance services; * Monitor and authorize quotations and purchase requisitions for materials; * Participate in studies related to installation of new equipment in manufacturing areas, providing technical guidance; * Develop and deliver technical training for onboarding new team members; * Manage the workforce, handling personnel movements (hiring, dismissals, vacations, leaves, time tracking, etc.) in accordance with Human Resources procedures; * Manage organizational climate, promoting individual and collective team development, resolving conflicts, and encouraging participation in company communication and motivation programs; * Ensure integrity of existing products and equipment in the area, guiding proper conservation and use of company assets; * Guarantee effective implementation of the 5S Program (Organization and Cleaning), TPM (Preventive Maintenance), Safety, and Environmental programs; * Implement company-established policies on quality, safety, and environment; * Know and ensure compliance with quality, environment, and occupational health/safety management procedures and instructions; * Ensure compliance with and updating of ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or related fields; * Experience leading maintenance teams in mechanical, electrical, automation, and building services; * Experience in Industry 4.0, Lean Manufacturing tools, and maintenance management systems. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
