Apply today! **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#WeAreRandoncorp \#JoinCastertechSchroeder** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor preventive, predictive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance processes, ensuring effective execution within deadlines; * Propose improvements to equipment, facilities, and processes by applying best maintenance practices to achieve planned results; * Disseminate technical knowledge regarding maintenance processes, equipment, and emerging technologies; * Support machine and equipment installations, providing assistance to improvement teams and immediate leadership; * Develop inspections, procedures, and preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans; * Supervise third-party services and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Monitor maintenance process indicators, analyze results, and define improvement actions; * Identify failures and root causes, proposing solutions aligned with company methodologies; * Support production support teams by assigning tasks and guiding activities to ensure goal achievement and process compliance; * Prepare descriptive reports for technical quotation requests; * Implement, monitor, and enhance requirements of NR\-10 and NR\-12 regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields relevant to this role; * TPM \- Total Productive Maintenance training; * Industrial Mechanics training; * Experience in the Maintenance field. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Regular Shift: From 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM\. **BENEFITS:** * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * PPR \- Profit Sharing Plan * Christmas Bonus * Company Transportation * E-Learning Platform * Utility Card * Language Program * Discounts at Educational Institutions #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
