




Job Summary: The candidate will provide Level 2 support, applying expertise in networking, operating systems, and virtualization, with a focus on problem resolution and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with basic switch/router configuration. 2. Basic knowledge of virtualization across different platforms. 3. Ability to read technical documentation in English. **Mandatory Requirements:** Technical or undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (OSI, TCP/IP, Subnetting, DHCP, DNS, VLANs). Experience with basic switch/router configuration (HP/Aruba, Cisco, MikroTik or similar). Knowledge of virtualization: VM creation, snapshotting, and migration on at least one platform (VMware ESXi, Hyper‑V, Proxmox, or KVM). Basic administration-level proficiency with Linux or Windows Server operating systems. Ability to read technical documentation in English. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with firewalls (pfSense, FortiGate, or others) and VPNs (IPsec, OpenVPN, WireGuard). Automation scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python). Monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana). Valued Soft Skills: Analytical reasoning and problem-solving orientation. Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Proactivity in suggesting improvements and optimizations.
