Follow food safety procedures We are hiring a **Kitchen Assistant** to support meal preparation and ensure smooth operations in the production area. We seek someone who is **organized, agile, and committed**, eager to learn and grow in the culinary field. * Assist with **pre\-preparation, preparation, and plating** of dishes; * Clean and cut food items according to the chef's instructions; * Maintain **cleanliness and organization** of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment; * Support **product restocking** and inventory control; * Correctly follow **food safety procedures and good handling practices**; * Provide support to chefs and other team members during service. **JOB:** CLT \| Night Shift (5 PM to 1 AM) \| 6 days on / 1 day off Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * 6 MONTHS (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
