This opportunity is exclusively for People with Disabilities (PCD) and requires on-site work in Curitiba/PR. **Key Responsibilities:** * Understand and apply guidelines established by the Information Security Policy, Code of Conduct, and other Integrated Management System directives. * Comply with technical and administrative standards related to occupational safety and environmental protection. * Ensure confidentiality and secrecy of user information, access passwords, and internal codes. * Provide system support, computer maintenance, and user assistance. * Deliver support related to hardware, software, telephony, databases, and networks. * Assist in customer service and resolution of technical support tickets. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of operating systems, hardware, software, telephony, databases, and networks. * Experience in customer service. * Ability to provide system support and perform computer maintenance. * Basic knowledge of networking. * Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields (desirable). * Six months of experience in the field or on-the-job training (desirable). * ITIL Foundation, CCNA, or MCSA certifications (desirable). **Education:** Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in IT or related fields.
