Work Model: On-site Unit: OSASCO \- SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a JUNIOR PROCESS SUPPORT ANALYST, you will work in management, and your main activities will be: * Manage and monitor complaints (Internal and External Channels), generate reports, training materials, service scripts, insights, and address root causes of issues. * Participate in Retail Segment and interdepartmental working groups focused on continuous improvement of customer service. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
