Support for occupational medical examinations, vacations, and benefits The HR Analyst will support HR and Personnel Department routines, performing activities such as time tracking, hour bank monitoring, onboarding support, occupational medical examination management, vacation processing, and benefits administration. The role will also assist in document organization, updating internal policies, and addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll, time tracking, and benefits—contributing to the efficiency and organization of HR processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform daily time tracking system maintenance, verifying clock-in/clock-out records, collecting justifications from employees and managers, and preparing files for monthly payroll closure under supervision. * Monitor the semiannual hour bank cycle, analyzing departments and employees with higher criticality, and developing an action plan for semester-end closure. * Execute end-to-end new hiring workflows—from document verification and system registration to integration-day support. * Monitor examination schedules (pre-employment, periodic, and exit exams), scheduling appointments and ensuring up-to-date certificates (ASOs). * Process vacation requests and benefits applications, verifying eligibility according to company rules and legal deadlines. * Assist in drafting and updating internal policies, job descriptions, and service orders, maintaining document standardization. * Conduct service quotations to secure optimal pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery timelines; support invoice reconciliation for benefits and HR vendors, identifying value discrepancies. * Track OKRs and KPIs with a results-oriented focus and develop action plans. * Identify opportunities to streamline daily tasks and suggest adjustments to prevent manual errors. * Clarify low- and medium-complexity questions regarding payroll, time tracking, and benefits, escalating critical topics. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fields. * Excel/Sheets: Intermediate level (basic formulas, filters, conditional formatting). * Legislation: Fundamental knowledge of the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) regarding vacations, working hours, and basic entitlements. * Tools: Experience with time-tracking systems or HR ERPs is desirable. **Additional Information** At Tecnofit, the workweek is 40 hours, in a hybrid model (3–4 days per week at the office and 2–1 day remotely).
