Junior Chemical Technician

**The primary challenge of this position is:** Perform analyses using internal techniques and procedures, carrying out various calculations, comparing obtained results against required specifications, and making adjustments/corrections to ensure compliance with the company's defined quality standards. In addition, carry out 5S routines, monitor indicator and report completion. **Responsibilities and duties:** Perform sample preparation, cleaning, and application; Conduct tests according to specifications and analyze results; Make adjustments/corrections to meet specifications; Release and approve finished products; Record results and release via ERP system. Initiate CAIR RI reports; Support internal and customer nonconformance (NC) investigations; Revalidate finished products; Conduct and/or accompany, under guidance, product audits; Manage documents as required by the department; Verify equipment; Monitor Kanban and replenish consumables and/or raw materials; Apply 5S (sense of utilization, order, cleanliness, health, and self-discipline), eliminating waste and maintaining an organized and clean workplace, as well as machines and equipment used. Perform other related tasks at the discretion of your immediate supervisor and/or in accordance with work process procedures and/or quality management system procedures.
