Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior IT Technician to assist with equipment and system maintenance, perform diagnostics and repairs, and provide user support. Key Highlights: 1. Will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals. 2. Will provide technical support to internal company users. 3. Will participate in projects for implementing new technologies. Junior IT Technician Position Description: We are looking for a professional to join our team as a Junior IT Technician. The candidate will assist with equipment and system maintenance, perform diagnostics and repairs, and provide user support. Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals * Install and configure software and operating systems * Provide technical support to internal company users * Perform data backups and recovery * Participate in projects for implementing new technologies Requirements: * Completed high school education * Technical course in Information Technology or related fields * Knowledge of hardware and software maintenance * Good communication skills and ability to interact with users * Organizational skills and proactivity
