We are seeking an **IT Technical Support Assistant** to support our employees, ensuring the proper functioning of technological resources and contributing to operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users (on-site and remotely); * Handle and log support requests; * Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals; * Support configuration of operating systems, software, and corporate applications; * Provide basic network support (access, connectivity, network printers); * Support IT equipment management (inventory, control, and organization); * Escalate more complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT or related fields; * Basic knowledge of computing, hardware, and operating systems; * Familiarity with networks, internet, and user support; * Residency in Sorocaba or Votorantim; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity.
