Network administration (LAN, WLAN/VPN, and WAN) Job Responsibilities: * Serve as an infrastructure-focused IT support analyst, supporting users and IT equipment, and providing user assistance via service desk tools and telephone. * Monitor, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the IT infrastructure. * Develop structured documentation and a knowledge base. * Act as a network administrator, planning and maintaining networks (LAN, WLAN/VPN, and WAN). Requirements: * Familiarity with Fortinet firewalls is desirable. * Familiarity with Dell technology is desirable. * Knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft domain networks. * Proficiency in Office365 administration. * Knowledge of Dell managed switches and networking. * Knowledge of CCTV infrastructure (Hikvision). * Knowledge of wireless networks (Ubiquiti UniFi). * Knowledge of commercial automation equipment such as thermal printers and data collectors. * Knowledge of Android mobile devices. * Valid driver's license class B. * Availability to handle requests during weekends and holidays. Reside in the ABC region. Education: Completed technical training in IT. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in information security, networking, or information systems. Employment Type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract. Compensation: R$5.000,00 \- R$6.000,00 per month.
