Job Summary: São Bernardo do Campo Health Complex is seeking an IT Support Technician to perform assembly, maintenance, and support for IT equipment and software, ensuring the full functionality of infrastructure. São Bernardo do Campo Health Complex, a leading company in the healthcare sector, is looking for an **IT Support Technician**. **Responsibilities:** * General support for assembly and maintenance activities of tools and equipment; user support for any IT-related services; * Supporting CHSMBC technical support analysts in activities related to assembly and maintenance of desktops, notebooks, printers, hardware, and software in general; providing technical support to users regarding basic software usage, IT-related services, cabling, hardware fundamentals, Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10 operating systems; * Collaborating internally across all departments and users to monitor access, security, and physical infrastructure to ensure proper operation of all IT assets; * Ensuring full functionality of company computers, peripherals, and other IT assets through installation, testing, configuration, and completion of such assets and applications—eliminating potential failures and guiding users on correct usage procedures; * Ensuring that all company technical support services—both hardware and applications—are organized, documented, updated, and inventoried, keeping supervisors informed about performance and achieved results. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Education in Information Technology or related fields, or incomplete Higher Education (e.g., Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, or other related fields); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of specific software relevant to the role.
