We seek an organized, detail-oriented, and highly execution-driven individual to support the operation of digital educational products. This person will play a central role in structuring and publishing courses on our internal platform, ensuring final content is well-organized, correctly implemented, and of high quality for students. They will also be responsible for identifying errors, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in published content, transforming these findings into clear inputs for the product team. Additionally, they will support triaging, prioritizing, and routing support tickets, helping ensure requests are properly directed and tracked. Requirements: * Prior experience in customer support, operational support, internal support, or related functions. * Ability to organize, prioritize, and track multiple tasks simultaneously. * Attention to detail and a critical eye to identify errors, inconsistencies, and quality issues. * Strong written communication skills and ability to clearly document and route requests. * Comfort working with processes, operational routines, and follow\-up. * Analytical ability to organize and interpret data, identify patterns, and support improvement prioritization. * Proactive, execution-oriented mindset. **What We Expect** * Consistent organization and reliability in day-to-day operations. * Ability to maintain quality even while handling multiple concurrent tasks. * Care for the student’s end-user experience and for the quality of delivered products. * Ability to monitor student feedback and experience signals with an analytical lens and objectively report priorities. * Ability to collaborate across teams to ensure proper routing and resolution of requests. What You Will Do: * Support course and content structuring, configuration, and publishing on the internal platform. * Conduct quality checks on published content to identify errors and/or inconsistencies that may impact the student experience. * Verify whether published content aligns with what was planned by the product team and flag deviations or improvement opportunities. * Clearly and systematically log issues and improvement opportunities, contributing to backlog creation and maintenance alongside the product team. * Consolidate and analyze student feedback data, identifying patterns, recurring themes, and signals of satisfaction or friction in the learning experience, and transform feedback into clear inputs for the product team’s prioritization. * Monitor recurring content-related issues and flag operational risks or bottlenecks to the product team. * Support triaging, prioritizing, and routing of support tickets, tracking pending items until resolution or final routing.
