IT Portfolio Manager

DOJO/FCamara is seeking an IT Portfolio Manager to work in a manufacturing environment, responsible for the strategic management of the technology project portfolio and initiatives. The professional will prioritize demands, govern the portfolio, allocate resources, and monitor complex projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives and IT deliverables, thereby contributing to the evolution and efficiency of industrial operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Manage the IT project and service portfolio, defining prioritization criteria and resource allocation based on business value, risk, and team capacity. * Lead portfolio governance: steering committees, executive status reports, stakeholder management, and decision-making regarding initiation, continuation, or closure of initiatives. * Apply Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and IT service management frameworks (ITIL) to organize workflows, manage backlogs, and optimize value delivery. * Manage complex projects within the manufacturing context, such as MES systems, ERP, shop-floor integration, industrial IoT, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. * Monitor portfolio performance indicators (schedule, cost, capacity, ROI) and produce analyses and dashboards for leadership. * Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across projects, proposing mitigation plans. * Facilitate communication among business units, IT, vendors, and industrial operations—translating technical requirements into business language and vice versa. * Use generative AI tools to accelerate documentation, data analysis, report generation, and decision support. **Requirements and Qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * **Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking)** for operation in an international corporate environment. * Agile methodologies: **Agile and Kanban** (practical experience managing backlogs and workflows). * **ITIL**: knowledge of IT service management. * **Advanced Excel**: pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, and dashboard creation. * **Generative AI**: applied use of tools (e.g., AI assistants) for productivity, analysis, and content generation. * Portfolio and complex project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments. * Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar). **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * Clear and effective communication with diverse hierarchical levels and technical and business profiles. * Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities. * Analytical mindset and results orientation. * Collaborative attitude and ability to coordinate across departments. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Certifications in project management, Agile, or ITIL (PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, ITIL Foundation). * Prior experience in the manufacturing sector and familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts. **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side by side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
