Opportunity to learn about IT operations and asset management IT Internship / Infrastructure and Technical Support **Location:** Barra Olímpica – Rio de Janeiro About the Opportunity A wholesale and retail company is seeking an IT Intern to provide local technical support in collaboration with a partner company responsible for IT infrastructure. This role is essential to ensure daily technological environment functionality, providing on-site assistance in executing and resolving physical and operational requests. Main Responsibilities Act as local support for technical requests directed by the remote team Perform basic computer and equipment maintenance Assist in workstation configuration (formatting, software installation, and adjustments) Support verification and organization of data networks (cabling, connectivity, and equipment) Provide user support in resolving technical issues Identify and report failures or inconsistencies to the responsible team Support equipment installation and replacement (computers, printers, and peripherals) Organize and manage IT equipment What We Are Looking For Student pursuing studies in Information Technology, Networking, Systems, or related fields **Basic Knowledge in:** Computer maintenance Operating systems (Windows) Data networking (basic concepts) Proactive, curious profile with strong learning ability Good communication skills for interacting with users Logical reasoning and problem-solving ability Organization and sense of responsibility Advantages (not mandatory) Networking knowledge (routers, switches, IP, Wi\-Fi) Basic information security concepts Interest in IT infrastructure What You Will Learn Practical operation of an IT department in a medium-to-large enterprise Integration between local and specialized remote support Resolution of everyday technical problems IT asset organization and management Experience with corporate systems and tools Internship Stipend and Benefits **Stipend:** R$ 1\.500,00 Transportation allowance Lunch provided on-site Basic food basket bonus (subject to internal criteria) **Minimum Education Level:** Undergraduate degree
