Our environment is collaborative, diverse, and challenging, encouraging professional growth and continuous innovation, with well-defined goals and performance-based recognition. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage authentication, authorization, and encryption * Develop and maintain RESTful APIs * Create high-performance and secure endpoints * Document APIs * Ensure versioning and scalability * Conduct code reviews * Assess code quality and standards * Share best practices with the team * Guarantee technical consistency * Monitor production systems * Analyze logs and metrics * Resolve incidents promptly * Propose preventive improvements * Bridge technology and business * Understand requirements from Hi Group departments * Propose innovative solutions * Support strategic decisions with technical insight **What We Seek:** Hard Skills: * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields * Solid software development experience * Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Ruby, or similar) * Experience with RESTful APIs * Familiarity with relational databases * Experience with version control (Git) * Knowledge of automated testing * Understanding of software architecture and design best practices * Experience with system architecture and technical standard definition * Experience with server infrastructure and cloud environments * Knowledge of information security applied to software * Experience in technical team management or project leadership Soft Skills: * Clear communication and technical influence * Leadership and people development * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Analytical ability and capacity to solve complex problems * Adaptability and continuous learning * Ethics and alignment with an innovation-driven culture Job Type: Internship Compensation: R$1\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
