We are looking for an **Information** **Technology (****IT)** **Intern** to support IT department activities, contributing to the smooth operation of systems, technological infrastructure, and user support within the company. **Your main responsibilities:** * Provide **technical** **support** **to** **users**, assisting with issues related to hardware, software, and networks. * Assist in the **installation,** **configuration,** **and** **maintenance** **of** **computers,** **printers,** **and** **other** **IT** **equipment**. * Support the **installation** **and** **updating** **of** **operating** **systems** **and** **corporate** **software**. * Perform **logging** **and** **tracking** **of** **technical** **tickets**, ensuring organized and traceable handling of requests. * Support **network** **infrastructure** **maintenance**, verifying connections, access, and equipment functionality. * Assist in **control** **and** **organization** **of** **IT** **equipment** **and** **inventory** **of** **technological** **assets**. * Support **user** **account** **configuration,** **accesses,** **and** **permissions** **in** **internal** **systems**. * Collaborate in **documentation** **of** **IT** **department** **processes** **and** **procedures**. * Support **identification** **and** **resolution** **of** **technical** **issues**, escalating requests when necessary. * Assist in **preventive** **maintenance** **of** **equipment** **and** **systems**, aiming to avoid operational failures. * Contribute to the **organization** **and** **security** **of** **the** **company's** **information** **and** **technological** **resources**.
