**Code:** 1098 **Job Title:** IT Infrastructure / Kubernetes **Location:** São Paulo, SP **Professional Level:** Senior **Professional Areas of Expertise:** IT \- Infrastructure **Description:** Responsibilities: Support, administer, and evolve infrastructure environments with a focus on Kubernetes, containers, and cloud; Operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, analyzing pods, deployments, services, ingress, logs, events, and resource consumption; Ensure stability, availability, performance, and security of production environments; Collaborate with development, DevOps, SRE, security, architecture, and operations teams; Support deployments, rollbacks, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation routines; Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, resolve recurring issues, and propose improvements; Support observability practices, including metrics, logs, dashboards, and alerts; Apply Kubernetes and cloud security best practices, including access control, secrets management, RBAC, and environment segregation. **Skills:** Requirements: Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, SRE, or support of critical environments; Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in corporate or production environments; Knowledge of containers, especially Docker; Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP; Knowledge of Linux, networking, DNS, load balancing, certificates, and connectivity; Experience with CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and automation; Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or similar; Experience handling incidents, root cause analysis, change management, and production support.
